What you'll do

• Set global strategy for procurement, vendor, and SaaS/technology agreements
• oversee Legal Operations, including contract lifecycle management, billing, and legal technology
• identify and implement AI and automation opportunities
• support central functions
• develop playbooks, templates, and governance
• identify and escalate legal and business risks
• partner with procurement, finance, and vendor management
• lead a team of legal professionals.
