IT Operations Manager

The IT Operations Manager works onsite in Vienna, Virginia. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year. SteerBridge delivers technology solutions to U.S. government and private-sector customers, including federal digital transformation and mission-focused work. The manager leads day-to-day IT operations to maintain reliable, secure, and compliant infrastructure across enterprise and regulated environments. The role coordinates systems, cloud, endpoint, and user-support operations while developing staff and partnering with security, compliance, and leadership teams.

What you'll do

• Manage daily IT operations and service levels
• administer Microsoft 365 GCC High, AWS GovCloud, and related services
• oversee endpoint management, patching, vulnerability remediation, provisioning, access reviews, and offboarding
• support CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 compliance and audit readiness
• lead incident response and root-cause remediation
• supervise and mentor IT operations and help desk staff
• manage assets, vendors, procurement, and renewals
• report operational KPIs, risks, and improvement initiatives.
