Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) role is onsite in West Chester, OH; compensation is $28–$30 per hour. The role supports Crescent’s maintenance work and its focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer value. The technician maintains and troubleshoots production equipment so it operates safely and produces quality products. The role also supports equipment setups, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and technical guidance for personnel who work with the equipment.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance on time
• maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• troubleshoot equipment and provide technical expertise
• support training for personnel who interact with equipment
• participate in setups, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• communicate issues and improvement opportunities to the Maintenance Leader
• support customer trials, samples, and visits
• specify and select cost-effective equipment, parts, and services.
