What you'll do

• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and VMware or Hyper-V environments
• administer Egnyte, Procore, Intune, and Autopilot
• manage Fortigate firewalls, VPN access, and Proofpoint email filtering
• resolve Tier 2 infrastructure escalations
• collaborate with the IT Services Manager and managed service provider on complex issues and improvements
• participate in upgrades, audits, and IT initiatives
• maintain technical documentation.
