Computer Systems Analyst

The Computer Systems Analyst role is onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, with an annual salary range of $115,000–$120,000. The role supports QED Systems’ HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services work and the Equipment Common Operating Picture application and database. The analyst administers ECOP access and support, tracks requests, and provides system guidance and training to Army users. The work helps maintain shared visibility of requests and supports Army headquarters mission requirements.

What you'll do

• Administer the ECOP application and database and control access
• manage user permissions and help desk requests
• track ONS requests and produce status reports
• provide situational awareness support
• follow software life-cycle standards and applicable policies
• draft meeting summaries and track follow-up actions
• present system demonstrations and conduct quarterly ECOP training
• provide Tier I troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.
