Line Cook

Job overview

The Line Cook role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, and pays $18–$18.50 per hour. The position prepares entrees for guests and supports meal service at a hotel operating around the clock. What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients before meal service
• stock and set up kitchen stations
• clean and cut ingredients and cook dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
• plate and garnish dishes
• coordinate with servers on orders
• clean and store kitchen equipment
• follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
