Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA, supporting clients in home and community settings. Starting pay is $17–$20 per hour. The caregiver provides reliable, compassionate assistance with daily living and household activities while building relationships with clients and families. The role also supports clients' community participation, interests, and independence through transportation and other practical assistance as needed.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with clients and families
• provide compassionate care
• advocate for clients in community settings
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding
• help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, hobbies, and interests
• support client safety, independence, and quality of life.
