Lead Assessor/Territory Manager — Everett/North Snohomish County

Pay includes $45–$50 per completed assessment, $40–$43 per private training session, $25 per hour for documented B2C tasks, and $30 per hour for B2B and leadership work; 5% commission and performance bonuses are also offered. GYMGUYZ brings personalized fitness programs to clients outside traditional gyms.

What you'll do

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations
• understand client goals and barriers
• recommend customized programs and close package sales through a consultative approach
• deliver in-home and onsite training
• design and update programs in the GYMGUYZ app
• track progress
• manage scheduling and local travel
• build referral relationships
• participate in paid outreach and business development
• and mentor and support trainers as the team grows.
