What you'll do

• Perform ordered routine diagnostic radiographic examinations
• position patients and apply radiation safety and shielding
• verify patient identity and imaging orders
• explain procedures
• prepare and maintain equipment and rooms
• review image quality and repeat images when needed
• document in the electronic medical record and PACS
• follow confidentiality, infection prevention, safety, and quality protocols
• participate in continuing education and competency development.

Why this role
