What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• perform routine checks and respond to call lights and requests
• measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and other observations
• report changes to nursing staff
• support repositioning, transfers, and ambulation
• keep rooms and common areas orderly
• provide reassurance and companionship
• communicate at shift change.
