What you'll do

• Design and administer compensation structures, job frameworks, salary bands, merit and bonus cycles, and incentive plans
• conduct benchmarking, role evaluations, and pay-equity reviews
• manage U.S. benefits, renewals, vendors, and compliance
• forecast costs with HR, Finance, and executive leaders
• serve as the primary HR contact for Keene employees and leaders
• handle employee relations, investigations, coaching, engagement initiatives, performance processes, HR reporting, records, and policy compliance.
