The Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) role is an onsite position located in Somerset, NJ. Compensation is $24-$30 per hour, supporting the Applied Behavior Analysis therapy team at Proud Moments. This role exists to provide one-on-one specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum. The technician works in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized behavioral plans and monitor client progress.
What you'll do
- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA, collect data to monitor progress, support BCBA with family training, maintain communication with families and supervisors, and physically assist clients with activities.
