Mitigation Laborer

The Mitigation Laborer role is an onsite position in Springfield, Oregon. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. SERVPRO Team Landers provides restoration services for water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Working alongside a crew, the laborer helps restore affected homes and businesses through extraction, drying, demolition, and equipment setup and monitoring. The role also documents job sites, maintains equipment and work areas, and provides respectful customer service.

What you'll do

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs with a crew
• perform extraction, drying, demolition, and equipment setup and monitoring
• document job sites with photos, moisture readings, and equipment logs
• maintain trucks, equipment, and warehouse organization
• serve customers in homes and businesses.
