What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Digital Media team members
• establish organic marketing best practices, planning frameworks, and quality standards
• guide long-term organic marketing plans and strategic roadmaps
• coach the team on influencer and creator strategy and relationship-building
• monitor emerging platforms, trends, and cultural shifts
• connect performance data to strategic decisions
• identify workflow, tool, process, and AI-enabled improvements
• coordinate across internal teams and conduct regular coaching meetings.
