What you'll do

• Set up and tear down events according to event documents and direction
• work with banquet and catering teammates
• coordinate with Event Captains and the Event Manager
• serve guests in the hotel and restaurant, take orders, serve food and drinks, and clear tables
• follow service steps for each event
• and maintain knowledge of food and beverage ingredients, procedures, and hotel services.
