What you'll do

• Perform civil site design for land-development projects, including water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
• prepare engineering calculations, grading plans, drainage reports, and construction documents
• lead permitting and coordinate with regulatory agencies
• develop technical specifications and bid documents
• manage project tasks against scope, schedule, and quality goals
• coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• perform construction administration and site visits
• use AutoCAD Civil 3D to model and refine designs.
