The trainer develops and delivers fitness programs tailored to member goals, tracks progress, and provides ongoing coaching and support. Through instruction, accountability, and member service, the role contributes to members’ progress and the club’s training and revenue goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff sessions covering goal setting, nutritional counseling, equipment use, and exercise form
• prepare and deliver fitness programs based on client goals and milestones
• track progress and provide follow-up support
• demonstrate safe exercise techniques
• schedule training sessions and appointments
• assist with member service activities
• meet company expectations for sessions, personal training revenue, and supplement or nutritional sales
• help maintain a clean facility.
