What you'll do

• Lead project planning and architectural design
• review team work for accuracy and alignment with standards and objectives
• oversee construction documents
• apply building codes, zoning, accessibility, and jurisdictional requirements
• coordinate with internal disciplines, consultants, developers, and contractors
• conduct final QA/QC reviews
• support proposals, scope, budgets, and labor-hour estimates
• work with clients to refine project scope
• mentor architectural staff.

Why this role

Requires a NAAB-accredited Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture, at least 12 years of related experience, Registered Architect licensure, and NCARB certification. Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop are preferred.
