Product Regulatory Coordinator

Job overview

The Product Regulatory Coordinator role is onsite in Lyndhurst, NJ, for 40 hours per week. Compensation is $27–$35 per hour. The position supports a global specialty chemicals manufacturer producing adhesives, sealants, waterproofing systems, concrete additives, and other materials. The coordinator maintains regulatory product and supplier documentation and supports accurate information flow across business functions. The role contributes to compliance, data integrity, and continuity of customer and business support.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain safety data sheets, product data sheets, regulatory questionnaires, and supplier compliance documentation
• collaborate with research and development, procurement, operations, supply chain, and customer service
• maintain supplier records and follow up on data requests
• manage document control, SAP records, and regulatory data archives
• improve administrative processes and data systems
• maintain a U.S. supplier database
• ensure accurate recordkeeping and regulatory communications.
