What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
• answer call lights
• assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using safety techniques
• observe and report condition changes
• document care
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection prevention and facility policies
• collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members.
