Job overview

The Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technician role is based at the West Springfield, MA clinic, with sessions at the clinic and/or clients’ homes in the surrounding area. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. Autism Allies provides services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and describes career development and clinical excellence as priorities. Working one-on-one under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision, the technician implements individualized behavior support plans, teaches skills, monitors progress, and records session data. The work supports children’s behavior management, social skills, and independence goals.

What you'll do

• Provide clinic-based and in-home ABA services

• collect behavior and skill acquisition data
• complete documentation
• prepare activity materials
• track billable hours.
