What you'll do

• Contact clients by phone and serve as the primary company contact
• set daily collection goals and maintain accurate customer information
• review sales rental orders for compliance and approval
• work with clients to bring past-due accounts into good standing through affordable programs
• explain the benefits of timely rental or lease renewal payments
• assist store coworkers during peak activity, absences, and planned time off.
