What you'll do

• Support external proficiency surveys by reviewing testing menus and results and troubleshooting
• lead or assist with inventory control
• support validations, quality-control lot changes, lookbacks, and MPE investigations
• assist with new instrument evaluation and implementation
• support regulatory compliance and interface validation
• solve technical problems
• participate in or lead system work groups
• support personnel activities such as investigations, training, and competency assessment
• develop and refine policies and procedures.
