What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across regional locations
• reconcile general ledger payroll entries and month-end accruals
• review payroll transactions and adjustments
• prepare payroll reports and analytics
• lead payroll system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls
• collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations
• manage payroll vendors and tax agency relationships
• serve as regional contact for audits and inquiries
• maintain wage, tax, and reporting compliance
• prepare offer letters and new-hire paperwork
• coordinate background checks, onboarding, benefits enrollment, leaves, employee inquiries, records, offboarding, and recruiting support as needed.
