Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Detroit, MI, paying $18–$22 per hour. Frog Holler Produce distributes fresh fruits and vegetables to restaurants in Ann Arbor and Metro Detroit. The representative helps deliver a strong customer experience while keeping internal operations moving, handling order questions and issues, entering orders, and coordinating with customers and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships through phone and email
• communicate about orders, delivery issues, products, and credits
• enter customer orders and answer inquiries
• update the company website with relevant information and weekly news
• perform data entry related to basic accounting and operating reports
• work across departments to resolve problems.
