What you'll do

• Obtain clinical and financial information from referral inquiries
• coordinate financial verification with the business office
• arrange and conduct facility tours
• explain admission policies and complete admission paperwork
• update facility personnel on referrals and follow-up
• inform the Marketing Director about referral-source issues
• develop relationships with referral sources
• protect patient and resident rights.
