What you'll do

• Oversee daily dealership accounting and office operations
• manage and support office staff
• review and bill vehicle deals
• monitor funding and outstanding deals
• manage accounts payable and vendor payments
• oversee reconciliations and general ledger activity
• handle titles, registrations, payoffs, and lien releases
• monitor vehicle inventory accounting
• complete month-end accounting
• maintain records and resolve discrepancies.
