What you'll do

• Process repair orders by scheduling and assigning work to shop associates, document and diagnose repairs with photographs, obtain customer and insurance authorization, monitor repair schedules and pricing, and complete invoicing and collection procedures.

Why this role

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Three years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required, and a CDL is required or must be obtainable.
