What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors
• maintain clinic scheduling software and address schedule errors
• communicate unusual situations to clinic leadership
• keep the reception area clean and organized
• handle client questions about payment and scheduling
• count cash and give correct change
• report payment discrepancies
• support volunteers and clinic operations
• maintain accurate records
• participate in annual training.
