The assistant manager helps lead store staff and operations, support customer and donor relations, meet sales and margin goals, and keep merchandise and backroom processes organized. Store profits help fund programs for people facing obstacles to employment.

What you'll do

• Assist with sales and gross-margin goals
• promote donor and customer relations
• merchandise the sales floor
• assist with hiring, training, retention, motivation, and communication
• follow and support safety standards and training
• maintain backroom layout
• receive, process, stock, and rotate merchandise.
