What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of carrier products, networks, funding arrangements, and employee benefits trends. Consult with clients and prospects on plan options and benefits strategy
• participate in sales presentations and discovery conversations
• support RFPs, comparisons, and proposals
• educate brokers and internal teams
• and assist clients with benefits questions, enrollment concerns, and plan education.
