Job overview

The Caregiver – Home Health role is onsite, traveling to client homes in the Montrose and Grand Junction, CO area. Pay is $21 per hour, plus travel time and mileage reimbursement. Star Light Home Health provides personalized in-home care to help clients live safely and comfortably at home. The caregiver assists clients with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines while offering companionship and emotional support. The role also monitors and reports changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals and assist with feeding according to care plans
• perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• travel to client homes throughout the Grand Junction area.
