What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive patient care throughout the perioperative process.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operating room, manage surgical equipment, and collaborate with the surgical team.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
• Monitor patient's condition during surgery.
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies.
• Manage specimen collection, labeling, and transport.
• Document all aspects of patient care.
• Participate in patient handoff communication.
• Assist in cleaning and restocking the operating room.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
