Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products
• support sales initiatives and store presentation
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, payroll, and performance
• maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• reconcile transactions and deposits
• supervise and delegate tasks in the Store Manager’s absence
• follow opening and closing procedures.
