What you'll do

• Provide nighttime personal care and companionship
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care when included in the care plan, mobility, transfers, and positioning consistent with training
• help with evening and morning routines
• respond to requests
• report changes or concerns
• complete care notes and shift documentation.
