It also includes preparing materials, reading drawings, and training Panel Shop Technician I team members.

What you'll do

• Read electrical drawings and specifications
• prepare and lay out materials
• fabricate enclosures and mount rails, terminal blocks, devices, and components
• wire and assemble control panels
• cut, strip, and crimp wire
• test finished panels and assist with control-board quality testing
• solder circuits and components
• assist with on-site installations and power equipment installation
• report drawing revisions
• train and mentor Panel Shop Technician I staff
• follow electrical codes and safe wiring practices.
