Compensation is $95,000–$125,000 per year. The Mid-Level Web Application Developer — Microsoft Power Platform role is onsite in Washington, DC. The developer supports NetServices, a Synergy ECP subsidiary, whose IT services teams deliver client solutions and challenging technology initiatives. The role builds and maintains Power Platform applications and automations, integrates them with Microsoft 365, and works with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, documented solutions. It contributes to client initiatives through development, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Power Apps
• develop and optimize Power Automate cloud flows
• configure Dataverse tables, relationships, rules, and views
• integrate with Microsoft 365
• collaborate on requirements
• troubleshoot and resolve issues
• create Power BI reports or dashboards as needed
• support packaging, deployments, and basic ALM
• write technical documentation
• follow development, governance, and security standards
• communicate project status and risks.

Why this role
