What you'll do

• Oversee drivers and report operational concerns
• assist with route planning and reroutes
• train and retrain drivers on inspections, safe truck operation, routes, and procedures
• complete training records and operational paperwork
• coordinate retraining
• monitor waste and containers
• clean accidental spills according to safety policies
• check vehicle condition and cleanliness
• support driver career development.
