Director of IT Operations

What you'll do

• Oversee infrastructure, end-user computing, service delivery, cybersecurity operations, cloud services, and vendor management
• maintain technology availability, performance, security, and reliability
• improve access controls, identity governance, monitoring, risk management, data protection, and change management
• develop technology roadmaps with organizational leaders
• establish continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and service management practices
• manage IT investments and vendors
• monitor performance and lead the IT Operations organization.
