What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day nursing facility operations
• ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• maintain resident-centered care, safety, dignity, and quality
• lead department directors and interdisciplinary teams
• monitor clinical, operational, staffing, and quality metrics
• manage policies and survey readiness
• oversee budgets, census goals, labor costs, and financial performance
• support recruitment, retention, and employee engagement
• address resident and family concerns
• oversee QAPI and performance improvement
• maintain records and investigate incidents and complaints.
