Order Management Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage customer orders from purchase order through billing and payment
• validate purchase orders against contracts, pricing, part numbers, tax codes, and ship-to information
• reconcile sales and purchase order discrepancies
• investigate payment, receipt, tax, price, and quantity issues
• coordinate ERP issue resolution
• process order changes and cancellations
• monitor billing and invoice uploads
• maintain SAP and EDI records
• generate order reviews and track KPIs.
