Promotional Products Coordinator

Job overview

The Promotional Products Coordinator role is onsite in Lansing, MI, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Annual salary is $40,000–$50,000. The coordinator works with Impact Solutions’ sales team to help clients bring their brands to life through promotional products. The role supports client projects by researching and sourcing merchandise, developing recommendations, coordinating samples and timelines, and maintaining vendor relationships. Its work helps sales and operations teams deliver accurate, creative product solutions and dependable client service.

What you'll do

• Research products aligned with client goals, branding, events, and budgets
• identify creative and cost-effective options
• use ASI, ESP, and supplier networks
• develop presentations and recommendations
• coordinate product samples, orders, shipments, returns, and expenses
• track timelines and communicate updates
• maintain project and supplier records
• obtain product specifications, pricing, availability, and production timelines from vendors
• support product websites, online tools, catalogs, displays, and sample inventory.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred or equivalent experience considered. Relevant promotional products, marketing, customer service, sales support, purchasing, or project coordination experience is a plus.
