• Schedule: Monday-Friday - Clinic (8a-5p) - 3 days per week, flexible on the dates per week.
• Practice Setting: Clinic, Outpatient Trauma Level III.
• Type of cases and required procedures: General Gastroenterology, Clinic, Patient population, Adult.
• Credentialing timeframe: 30 days.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC.
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support and Drug enforcement administration.
• Licensure required: Colorado.
