What you'll do

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload
• handle cases from intake through settlement or litigation
• draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages
• conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
• appear in Nevada state courts
• communicate with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers
• negotiate settlements
• maintain case documentation and meet deadlines.
