What you'll do

• Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods
• use measuring instruments, commercial mixers, ovens, and other baking tools
• prepare ingredients and equipment and monitor baking
• assist with daily baking and production flow
• package, label, store, and rotate cakes
• maintain baking and refrigeration logs
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• follow health and safety guidelines.
