What you'll do

• Manage daily property operations and regulatory compliance
• address resident concerns and mediate conflicts
• market units, conduct showings, screen applicants, and execute leases
• coordinate maintenance requests and vendor relationships
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant law, and affordable housing requirements
• conduct inspections
• maintain leasing, work order, and compliance records in property management software
• negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements.
