What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes, menu cycles, and dietary requirements
• handle and store food safely
• maintain food supplies and equipment
• prepare alternatives for resident choices
• supervise culinary staff when the Chef or Certified Dietary Manager is absent
• maintain clean workspaces and equipment
• monitor meal trays and report findings
• support inspections and attend assigned training.
