The Specialty Coffee Barista role is onsite in Miami Beach, Florida. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. maman is a bakery and café serving baked goods, coffee, breakfast, and lunch, with locations across North America and Canada. The barista prepares beverages to maman’s recipes and standards while providing personalized guest service. The role also supports front-of-house operations, maintains a clean and compliant workstation, and works with the team to deliver accurate, timely service.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve the beverage menu to established recipes and standards
• maintain beverage quality and presentation
• execute POS tickets accurately
• provide personalized guest service and communicate menu and allergy information
• coordinate with front-of-house staff
• maintain station cleanliness and complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.
