What you'll do

• Serve residents, prospects, and visitors

• conduct outside marketing under manager direction
• review applications and coordinate verification
• complete lease paperwork and files
• inspect apartments before move-in
• follow up with residents and manage renewals
• answer calls and messages
• show apartments
• maintain lead records and follow up
• enter application information
• coordinate work orders and move-in tasks
• assist with roommate matching and lease-file audits.
