The Direct Support Professional – Residential, Full-Time Evenings role is onsite in Le Roy, NY. Starting pay is $21.55 per hour. The position is part of Lifetime Assistance’s Residential Services department, supporting its mission to foster independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The professional provides personal care and daily living support, helps individuals build independence and social skills, implements and documents individualized service plans, supports community participation, and communicates with individuals, families, and colleagues. The schedule is Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Wednesday and Thursday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday and Monday are off.

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• promote health, safety, and well-being
• administer medication if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community participation
• drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed
• communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues
• complete required training and development.
